Job Description:

Administrator needed for 4-physician pediatric practice located on the west side of Portland, Oregon. The clinic maintains a collaborative management structure with the owners actively involved in clinic operations. The Administrator should be well-versed and experienced in all business aspects of the practice including staff management, medical billing, collections, reporting, insurance and vendor contracting, and policies and procedures. Our clinic utilizes Aprima Practice Management and Electronic Health Record software. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefit package commensurate with experience.


Oversee the daily clinic operations. Manage the recruitment and selection of staff.

Assist the physicians in developing and executing the strategic plan of the practice.

Negotiate contracts with payers and suppliers.

Represent the clinic to the city-wide association of pediatric practices (Children’s Health Alliance) and actively participate in the Oregon MGMA.

Maintain compliance with governmental regulations.

Manage all physician office operations, budgets, customer service, revenue cycle management, information technology, and standardization of practices.


Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or a related field; Master's preferable          


5 Years clinic administration experience, preferably in Pediatrics.


Demonstrated understanding of human resource management principles.


Excellent, proven organizational, communication and leadership skills.
