The OPS-PAP dinner seminar series is pleased to announce Kenneth Carlson, MD, FAAP is presenting "Pracitice Management 101" on Thursday evening, June 9th.  The 1 credit CME presentations is intended for physicians (especially pediatricians), and other health care professionals.

Educational Need and Objectives:

  1. Increase knowledge on how to monitor performance of medical practice
  2. Review different types of data and reports
  3. Discuss contracting strategies
  4. Learn how to set a fee schedule
  5. Discuss strategies to improve appointment access
