Oregon Pediatric Society has released a communications toolkit to help our members and partners amplify the message to families that pediatricians are available and OPEN FOR CHILDREN.
OPS shares this toolkit as pediatricians across the country report a significant decrease in child health visits and vaccinations since March, and concern that delaying vital preventive or illness care may create problems for kids in the short and long term.
The toolkit includes:
- Sample social media posts and supporting graphics
- A family-focused flyer emphasizing the importance of maintaining child health during the pandemic
- A link to posters that highlight the reasons to get well child visits (by age group)
